**Your tasks**:

- Reliable and professional support of the management in all tasks of the operative daily business
- Acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers
- Helping to shape marketing and sales campaigns
- Communication with internal and external partners in a position of absolute trust
- Office organization and general administration
- Organization of meetings and travel
- Handling correspondence in German and English
- Part time or full time

**your qualifications**:

- Higher commercial education with some years of professional experience, preferably in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, any other foreign language would be an advantage
- Organizational talent, ability to work in a team, flexibility, multicultural competence and commitment as well as absolute reliability and discretion
- Technical understanding as well as an independent way of working
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office and MS-Teams programs
- Flexibility, communication skills and a cooperative working style
- Quick perception and enthusiasm for sales and technology
