Service Agent Spare Parts Sales (M/F/d)

IHRE AUFGABEN
- Erstellung von Angeboten und Auftragsbestätigungen für den Ersatzteilvertrieb
- Kaufmännische Abwicklung von Ersatzteilaufträgen und Gewährleistungsaufträgen
- Erarbeitung von Ersatzteilpaketen (Wartungssätze, Verschleißteilsätze, etc.)
- Klärung von Lieferterminen mit internen Schnittstellenabteilungen
- Kompetente technische Beratung
- Durchgängige und aktive Kundenbetreuung (regelmäßiger und direkter Kundenkontakt)
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit rundum den Ersatzteilvertrieb
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung der Organisations
- und Arbeitsprozesse im Ersatzteilvertrieb

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of quotations and order confirmations for spare parts distribution
- Commercial processing of spare parts orders and warranty orders
- Development of spare parts packages (maintenance sets, wearing parts sets, etc.)
- Clarification of delivery dates with internal interface departments
- Competent technical advice
- Continuous and active customer service (regular and direct customer contact)
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction around spare parts distribution
- Participation in the optimization of organizational and work processes in spare parts distribution

IHR PROFIL
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
- Erfahrung im Bereich Ersatzteilvertrieb sowie in der Bearbeitung von Reparaturen und Retouren wünschenswert
- Gute SAP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Flexibilität und Leistungsbereitschaft

YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed commercial or technical professional training
- Experience in spare parts sales as well as in processing repairs and returns desirable
- Good SAP and MS Office skills
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Independent and careful way of working as well as ability to work in a team
- Flexibility and motivation
