Code Labs Academy is an international EdTech startup that offers innovative and interactive bootcamps and practical career advising services to help students and non-tech professionals break into the tech industry or later launch their own tech startup. Code Labs Academy is looking for a Community Creator to create a vibrant, connected and engaged CLA community.

Location: Berlin, Germany
**Job Type**: Hybrid (Part Time)
**Salary**: To be determined depending on experience
As our Community Creator, you will:
- Grow and engage our online and in-person CLA community
- Manage social media presence across all platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
- Produce original content for social media platforms
- Engage our student/alumni community on Discord by creating relevant groups and moderating discussions
- Track key follower engagement statistics to measure impact and create weekly and monthly community engagement reports
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create an effective social media and community event strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and business development strategies to build an engaged follower base
- Collaborate with teachers and other team members to host CLA events
- Conceptualize, plan, and host community events to promote connection and curiosity in the technological community
- Lead experiments to grow our fanbase, engagement rate, and conversion rate via social media and/or community events (in-person and virtual)
- Stay up to date on latest social media and tech field trends to create relevant and creative content that our followers can relate to and engage with
- Identify potential partnerships with other community creators for community-building events
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Background in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in event and community management
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum)
- Fluent in German (C1 minimum)
- Comfortable with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma)
- Love for all things social media and tech
- Excited to be the “face” of CLA
- Positive attitude
- Internal drive to produce quality results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
