Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig Als Teil unseres Teams unterstützt du Marken dabei, sich gezielt zu positionieren, ihre Zielgruppe effektiv anzusprechen und authentische Kooperationen mit Creatorn aufzubauen. 🚀 Aufgaben Du betreust unsere Proven Impact Creator täglich bei (anfallenden To-Do’s und Fragen) Du akquirierst und pflegst von Kooperationen zwischen unseren Creators und Brands Du berätst unserer Creator bei der inhaltlichen und strategischen Ausrichtung ihrer Personenmarke Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und Ausbau einer aktiven Community durch gezielte Offline- und Online-Aktionen Du führst Vertragsverhandlungen mit Brands, Veranstaltern und Partnern Du erstellst KPI-Reportings für unsere Creator Qualifikation Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Creator Management, Influencer Marketing, Campaign Management oder einer vergleichbaren Position in der Social-Media- / Medienbranche mit Du beschreibst dich selbstsicher im Verhandeln von Kooperationen mit Brands für unsere Creator Du hast tiefgehendes Verständnis der Creator Economy/Social-Media-Branche Du hast ein Gespür für aktuelle Trends und plattformübergreifende Entwicklungen Du bringst idealerweise ein Netzwerk an relevanten Kontakten in der Branche mit Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch Benefits Flexible Arbeitszeiten & Home-Office-Möglichkeit Dog Friendly Office Bezuschussung deines ÖPNV-Tickets Urban Sports Mitgliedschaft Snacks & Getränke inkl.
