WHAT YOU DO
- You are in charge of conception, realization and supervision of groundbreaking concepts, 360° campaigns and the overall art vision (TV, OOH, print, online).
- You use modern technologies and approaches efficiently to create appealing and high-performing art.
- You strongly support and inspire the team, enabling them to perform at the peak of their abilities and guiding midlevel and junior teams.
- You develop ideas from storytelling and visual aspects, preparing persuasive presentations and mood boards.
- You love to communicate. Ideas happen in conversations, not alone. You believe that team work makes everything better.

WHO YOU ARE
- You feel at home in the digital and the traditional world of advertising and have proven experience as an Senior Art Director in the campaigning area, ideally in an agency environment.
- You posses an excellent understanding of advertising principles, film production, typography, and color theory, leading projects in a holistic creative way and you have demonstrated experience with a diverse range of (luxury) projects, showcasing them in a strong portfolio.
- You demonstrate proficiency in utilising industry-relevant programmes with advantageous skills in areas such as Adobe Suite, editing and animating. You know how to write a prompt to your AI tool and you believe that AI is only a tool and not a solution.
- You are constantly challenging your work and believe that there is always a better way to land extra ordinary work.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential for our daily business.
