As a 100% subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, we develop and integrate the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment systems that are based on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS). In addition, we are responsible for the Mercedes me companion app, we provide seamless & connected mobility experiences and we contribute to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) platform development. With offices in Berlin and Sofia, we are aiming to bring new generation of innovative infotainment systems across the globe.

Join our Mobile Unit and help us making our next steps in delivering Mobile Products that will bring an amazing experience to our users in a sustainable and enjoyable manner for our Agile Product Teams. You will be a catalyst for improving our business impact, delivery performance, and boost our Teams health using a variety of techniques. You will strive for technical excellence, bringing new perspectives, a data driven approach and strive for improving in our practices and key delivery aspects. Facilitation, coaching and mentoring are your daily bread, you understand that conflicts can emerge and there are different opinions, you know how to address them in a constructive manner and generate healthy outcome from these discussions. **Qualifikationen**:
**Your Profile
**Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant job experience as Agile Coach or Scrum Master on B2C SW Products for large consumer markets
- Develop a healthy, highly collaborative and continuously improving culture in in cross-functional and cross-component Teams
- Worked with several Teams and individually with different levels of maturity. Practical knowledge of coaching patterns and facilitation techniques that help increasing the level of maturity
- Lean and Agile SW development practices to lead our journey toward technical excellence
- Delivery metrics and deriving insights at team and product level in order to show the way and lead initiatives for continuous improvement
- Coach the Team members and be a key element in their mindset shift from task execution to autonomously solving complex product problems for their customers
- Deep understanding of the challenges related to large traditional organisations that are transitioning into Agile. Practical experience on how to overcome them

**Nice to have:
- You have valuable argumentations and practical evidence to influence the mindset shift form traditional practices toward Agile and Lead with team members and stakeholders
- Previous practical experience in other roles e.g. Product Owner, Testing, Lean UX
- You love to do trainings, meet-ups or other social presentations in your area of expertise
- Practical experience in establishing and scaling agile methodologies in Product Teams and larger organizations
- Build relationships and trust with your team colleagues and with the stakeholders
- Mobile SW experience
- Certifications from Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org and scaled Agile frameworks are nice to have... but we value their experience and deep understanding better

**Education:
- Master’s degree or comparable in computer science, information technology, communication technology, automotive engineering, psychology, or a comparable qualification

**Language skills:
- Proficient in English, able to provide trainings and facilitate events with confidence
- German is a plus
