**About us**
**Your mission**
We are looking for AI Strategists to help transform the business of our partner companies with AI. You have the opportunity to work in a wide variety of domains, choosing one of the following focus areas.

**Strategy & Transformation**: With your experience in management consulting, you will be a close sparring partner to our partner companies (mainly large or medium sized organizations) to start and/or scale their ambitions in AI. This includes guiding them in defining and setting up their AI strategies and creating an organizational setup to bring it into action. In addition to the work with individual partners, you contribute to developing, tech-enabling and managing a set of unique assets in the Strategy & Transformation space to help our ecosystem advancing in the age of AI.

**SME Transformation / **KI Transfer +**: As part of an interdisciplinary team you are working for an exclusive program for small and medium sized businesses in Germany, with the goal to holistically guide them into the AI age. To be successful in this area, you hear and understand the needs of German Mittelstand and have the capability to take them on their very own AI journey, from strategy development to being able to introduce their first Use Cases.

**Use Cases & Application**: **Our ambition is to enable and support our appliedAI partner companies on finding and realizing the most potential AI use cases to accelerate their own AI journey. With a background in ML/Data Science, you will work within a new team of AI experts and use your know-how and expertise in AI use cases and technology to guide our partners in ideating and realizing most valuable use cases and transforming their own business into the AI age. To achieve this, you can use the unique potential of our appliedAI ecosystem of industries, technology vendors, solution providers, startups and academia.
- Act as a sparring partner for AI strategy and innovation to our partners and customers and develop and drive the development and implementation of AI strategies in the respective context, depending on your focus area within appliedAI
- Advise our partners on AI strategy development and setting-up the right organization to bring AI to scale in the organization
- Conduct customer-facing Workshops about AI (e.g. AI Journey workshop) with top management and boards
- Continuously develop top-notch content with and for our partners
- Pro-actively involve our other internal asset teams, our technology, or academic partners in respective opportunities
- Stay in touch with AI State-of-the-art research to understand opportunities and requirements

**Your profile**
- Deep understanding of business strategy combined with a passion for (AI) technology - or the other way around
- University degree with a focus on either business or technology/data science/ML (or a comparable field)
- Experience in running cutting-edge workshops and developing ideas, concepts and solution guidelines
- Deep understanding in at least one industry and the capability of AI in this industry
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and communication skills
- Team player with a willingness to learn new things
- Fluent English and conversational German
