**Role Overview**

We are hiring a **Network and Fibre Support Technician - L2** to support Apple dispatch operations. The role involves **installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance** of network and data center infrastructure across multiple sites.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install and maintain **fiber, copper, and power cabling**.
- Rack and stack hardware; assist with circuit migration.
- Perform **labeling, patching, and asset tagging**.
- Troubleshoot and replace faulty components (line cards, optics, etc.).
- Conduct **fiber cleaning, BER testing, RMA processing**.
- Support via remote tools and onsite presence.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics (preferred).
- **5 years** data center/network infrastructure experience.
- **3+ years** installation & troubleshooting of network hardware.
- Knowledge of **DWDM, Nokia, Ciena hardware, ITIL** (preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
