**Teamleiter Application Development (m/w/d)**:
**_ unbefristet in Vollzeit, mit der Möglichkeit auf nahezu 100% mobiles Arbeiten, mit der Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Terminen in Aschaffenburg (maximal 1-2x im Monat)_**

**Aufgaben**:

- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von IT-Entwicklern
- Analyse, Bewertung und Optimierung bestehender IT-Prozesse und technischer Setups (Inhouse & SaaS)
- Konzeptionelle & architektonische Mitgestaltung technischer Lösungen
- Steuerung von Lieferanten und Bewertung technischer Umsetzungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Entwicklungsstandards, Best Practices und Sicherheitsrichtlinien
- Identifikation und Integration neuer Technologien zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Systeme
- Sicherstellung einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern

**Stärken**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation)
- Mindestens 3-6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Fachbereich sowie erste Führungserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams sowie in der Steuerung von Projekten mit strategischer Ausrichtung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung, klassischen & agilen Entwicklungsmethoden
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten & Entscheidungsstärke
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
