- **Visual Merchandising POS Coordinator** (f/m/x)
- **50% part-time**) to support our VM Manager and their team in all operational aspects of retail marketing.**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage the ordering and delivery of all Retail Marketing assets and fixtures within the specified timelines
- Allocate seasonal visual props and Marketing assets to stores and ensure timely delivery, utilizing SAP knowledge
- Work closely with internal Creative Service Department and external vendors on visual prop production and delivery
- Coordinate fixture buys for all retail stores
- Support on collateral buys for wholesale
- Collaborate closely with NPI, CS, Brand, Retail Field, Marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns
**Who you are**
- At least 2 years of experience as a visual merchandiser or in a planning role in retail management in the fashion accessories channel
- A good understanding of commercial practices, with a good sense of product and an affinity for lifestyle brands
- Good SAP and Excel skills
- Fluency in English, with an additional European language (DE, FR, ITA, etc...) being an advantage
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Capacity to act and operate in a fast-paced, international environment
