Für unsere Tochteragentur Hype Hart, den Matchmakern für Influencer Marketing und Markenkommunikation für das 21. Jahrhundert, suchen wir ab sofort Contract Management Experts / Expert:in für Vertragsmanagement.

Geht’s ums Thema Verträge, geht alles über deinen Schreibtisch. Denn du verantwortest innerhalb unseres Teams das komplette Vertragsmanagement für Creator, Managements und Kunden innerhalb unseres Teams - von Erstellung nach Briefing, Anpassungen, Einholen von Unterschriften bis hin zum Versand und Ablage. Dabei bist du stets im Austausch mit unseren Influencer Experts. Darüber hinaus hast du auch ein Auge drauf, ob Vertragspflichten optimals erfüllt wurden. Matched mit deinen Vorstellungen und Skills? Dann müssen wir uns kennenlernen.

**Was du mitbringst.**:

- Vorzugsweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten, gerne mit theoretischem und praktischem Verständnis von Vertragswesen
- Erfahrung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte:r oder Bürokraft mit juristischem Verständnis und der Bereitschaft, sich in entsprechende Vorgänge einzuarbeiten
- Du bist ein kommunikatives Organisationstalent, arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und selbständig
- Du gehst diskret mit sensiblen Informationen und Daten um
- Gerne mit Agenturerfahrung, ist aber kein Muss
