Contracts Manager (Germany) Location: Germany German and English required A rapidly expanding EPC/OEM operating across major onshore and offshore renewable energy and infrastructure projects is building its commercial and contractual capability in Germany. To support this growth, we are recruiting a Contracts Manager to oversee contract administration, risk assessment and stakeholder coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, you will support the preparation, negotiation and management of project contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and commercial requirements. You will work closely with project managers, engineering teams, procurement and external partners to maintain contractual clarity, identify risks, resolve issues and protect the company’s commercial interests. This role offers strong visibility, exposure to complex international projects and a clear progression path as the German and wider European organisation continues to scale. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation, review and negotiation of project contracts Assist in risk identification, compliance checks and mitigation planning Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Coordinate with project managers to ensure contractual obligations are met Manage contract documentation, variations, claims and correspondence Support dispute resolution processes and help safeguard commercial outcomes Provide regular reporting on contract status, risks and project progress to senior management Contribute to continuous improvement of contract management processes and standards Candidate Profile Degree in law, business, engineering, commercial management or a related discipline Three to seven years of experience in contract management within renewables, construction, EPC or large infrastructure projects Strong understanding of contract law, commercial risk and industry standards Proficient in contract management tools and MS Office applications Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills Fluent in German and English Structured, detail-focused and able to work under pressure and to deadlines Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset Why join This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing European team where your expertise will directly influence project outcomes and organisational standards.
