**Specialist ITSM Platform (f/m/d)**

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Platform Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have a proven track record in analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions on the ServiceNow platform, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert consulting to ITSM platform users, guiding them on best practices for platform utilization.
- Maintain and operate PAUL HARTMANN's ITSM platform (ServiceNow), ensuring its smooth functioning and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with external suppliers for development, maintenance, and operations of the ITSM platform, ensuring seamless integration and support.
- Manage projects and change requests that impact PAUL HARTMANN's ITSM platform, overseeing their successful implementation and execution.
- Generate regular reports on the performance of the ITSM platform operations, projects, and changes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Demonstrate expertise in analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficient knowledge in IT Service Management (ITSM) is highly desirable, including ITIL certification or equivalent.
- Approach implementations of service processes with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Exhibit self-organization and the ability to collaborate effectively within a globally decentralized team.
- Provide consulting services to clients during the analysis of service processes.
- Maintain a customer-centric and friendly demeanor.
- Possess fluent German and English language skills.
