**Then come and join our global team as**a Working Student (f/m/d) for Digitalization in Knowledge Management with Power Platform.**

**Choose the best place for your work**- Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You support our team in the automation of internal processes with tools from the Microsoft 365 Suite such as: Power Automate and Power Apps
- Based on Siemens visualization principles, you create Power BI reports and dashboards, analyze important key figures and visualize complex data
- You work closely with various specialist departments in our department and translate their requirements into technical solutions
- You support the administration of our learning management systems (LMS)
- You proactively familiarize yourself with new tools and topics - especially in the area of Power Platform
- You are enthusiastic about AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, follow current developments in the field of artificial intelligence and bring creative ideas on how these tools can be used and further developed in a meaningful way in everyday working life

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You are available to us for at least 1 year
- You have very good Office365 skills (Power Point, Excel) and at least basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Tools (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI)
- It is an advantage if you have already worked with data analysis and data visualization

**Your attributes and skills**:

- You communicate confidently in English and enjoy working in an international team, German is a plus
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and tasks
- You are a team player, communicative and have an understanding of how best to convey content
- You are motivated to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility
- You can work independently
