Financial Accountant

**About this role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, independent, reliable, and highly professional, Senior Bookkeeper to join our growing and scaling Finance team. You will be directly responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations and overseeing our overall financial processes and policies and helping us establish and monitor our financial transactions and balances.

**Role Responsibilities**

As a financial accountant, you will be responsible for:

- Managing all bookkeeping aspects of the company.
- Take lead on the month-end close: Prepare the trial balance and supporting documentation for the monthly closing of the company's books.
- Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, including but not limited: bank accounts, credit cards, accruals, etc.
- Manage AP balances including processing vendor invoices, maintaining approval flow and payments.
- Manage AR balances, invoicing, and collection.
- Assist with daily and ad-hoc tasks.

**Role Requirements**
- University degree in Accounting or related field and/or LCCI Higher
- Proven experience as a Senior bookkeeper - Advantage.
- Experience with NetSuite systems - Advantage
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable working in English.
- Comfortable with Excel.
- Reliable, extremely detail-oriented, and a problem-solver.
- Have experience and comfortable working in a fast-paced company with changing priorities.
