- WAS SIE MACHEN WERDEN- Ihre Hauptaufgabe als unser neuer Head of BI CoE ist es, die Vaillant Group auf dem Weg zu einem datenbasierten Unternehmen zu unterstützen, indem Sie eine zentrale Einheit aufbauen und leiten, die ein harmonisiertes Unternehmensdatenmodell bereitstellt.
- Um dies zu erreichen, haben Sie die Möglichkeit, ein großartiges Team von Datenexperten aufzubauen und zu leiten, das moderne Visualisierungslösungen (Dashboards, Reportings), passende Datenmodelle, KPIs, Reporting
- und Analyselösungen unter Verwendung von SAP BW/SAC entwickelt
- Sie repräsentieren das BI CoE sowohl gegenüber internen als auch externen Stakeholdern auf internationaler Ebene und sorgen für eine hocheffiziente und transparente Kommunikation
- Darüber hinaus treiben Sie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung voran und fördern den Innovationsgeist im Bereich Datenstruktur auf Konzernebene in Bezug auf Technologie, Infrastruktur und Tools
- WAS SIE MITBRINGEN- Sie haben Ihr Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Informatik erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Sie haben fundierte Projekt
- und Führungserfahrung im Bereich Business Intelligence, vorzugsweise im SAP BW/SAC-Umfeld und verfügen über Expertise im Bereich der Strategieentwicklung und des Stakeholder-Managements
- Sie fühlen sich wohl bei der Einrichtung und Steuerung von Geschäftsprozessen und stellen den Status quo in Frage
- Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, benötigen Sie ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf allen Geschäftsebenen
- Sie sprechen im Geschäftsalltag fließend Deutsch und Englisch
