Für die Hamburger Innenstadt suchen wir ab sofort Dich als Maintenance Supervisor*

**Aufgabenbereich**:
Du freust Dich darauf den Überblick in der technischen Abteilung sowohl im administrativen als auch im operativen Bereich zu verantworten. Dabei fällt es Dir leicht die Einhaltung aller Wartungsverträge, -intervalle und Fehlermeldungen im Haus zu koordinieren.

Zudem fallen folgende Aufgaben in Deinen Tätigkeitsbereich:

- Pflegen der Wartungsübersicht
- Einholung von Angeboten
- Begleitung von technischen Projekten
- Technische Unterstützung der jeweiligen Hotelmanager
