Based in Berlin, we are set to launch our debut collection, and we’re looking for a passionate and creative intern to join us on this exciting journey.

**Internship Overview**

As a Marketing & Communication Intern at Didi, you will work closely with the founders to support our brand’s launch. You will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence, managing our e-commerce platform, and driving our social media strategies. Your tasks will include:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Website & E-shop Management**: Assist in the setup and maintenance of our website and e-commerce shop (Squarespace/Shopify), ensuring it aligns with our brand and appeals to our target audience.
- **Social Media Strategy & Execution**: Bring creative ideas to life by developing, planning, and implementing social media strategies. You will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating content that showcases our brand, products, and values.
- **Content Creation & Visual Design**: Conceptualize and design visually compelling campaigns for our social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook. You will create posts, develop campaigns such as competitions, and produce image and video materials for our digital content.
- **Brand Communication**: Support the overall brand communication by ensuring consistency across all digital platforms, contributing to the visual design of branding and communication materials.
- **Market & Influencer Research**: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, public relations, and influencers to inform our marketing and PR strategies.
- **Launch Event Support**: Assist in organizing and promoting our launch event, ensuring that it aligns with our brand image.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Field of Study**: A student currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design/Communications, Media, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Passion for Industry**: A deep interest and knowledge in fashion, luxury, streetwear, retail, and entrepreneurship.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Squarespace, Mailchimp, and other relevant design software is essential.
- **Content Creation Expertise**: A keen eye for detail and a natural talent for creating compelling digital content and managing social media operations.
- **Creativity & Initiative**: Ability to generate innovative ideas and take charge of their implementation.
- **Entrepreneurial Spirit**: A self-starter with a hands-on mentality, eager to contribute to the growth of a new brand.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for storytelling and engaging an audience.
