**This is what awaits you**:
As an intern in the field of Growth Marketing, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing strategies and driving growth initiatives. This is a hands-on position where you will be involved in various aspects of digital marketing, including campaign management, data analysis and content creation.

You will work closely with our Digital and Growth Specialist and other team members to implement strategies aimed at increasing our customer base and brand awareness.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report findings to the Digital and Growth Lead.
- Conduct market research to gain insights into trends, target audiences, and the competitive landscape.
- Help, manage, and update the company website, ensuring content is current and optimized for SEO.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives.
- Assist in conducting growth expiriments to test new channels and strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas for customer acquisition and retention.

**Your qualifications**:

- You are studying at a university or college, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in digital marketing and growth hacking.
- You possess an analytical mindset and an interest in data and statistics.
- You are proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
- You are creative and have a proactive attitude: you enjoy learning and want to grow.
- You can work well both independently and as part of a team.
