There are good prospects for an extension. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany.- As Administration Assistant Anticipatory Humanitarian Action, you will be a member of a Programme Management Unit (PMU) which together with a Technical Anticipatory Humanitarian Action Team (TAHAT) comprises the Operational Support Unit of an Anticipatory Humanitarian Action Programme. In your role, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative and organisational work of the PMU and TAHAT as well as the Programme Management.**Your responsibilities**: - Assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks of the PMU and TAHAT - Support in invoice management, budget monitoring and voucher verification - Support in the filing of administrative documents and maintenance of the ProMIS database - Support in the preparation of events and their administrative management - Support in communicating with partners, providers and consultants **Your profile**: - Completed formal training or job-relevant professional experience - A minimum of 1 to 3 years professional experience - Very high competence in Microsoft Office and Microsoft TEAMS - Very good communication skills and interpersonal skills - Very high affinity to digital innovations as well as willingness to learn the standard software programmes of Welthungerhilfe in the areas of project management, finance and procurement - Fluent English is a prerequisite, knowledge of French is an advantage **Our offer**: - We offer you the opportunity to work in a responsible and interesting field as part of an extremely dedicated team.
