**IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter
- Kostenstellenverantwortung für die Abteilung Finance & Controlling
- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Validierung der strategischen und operativen Unternehmensplanung, inklusive Dokumentation, Koordination und Durchführung über alle Fachabteilungen hinweg
- Erstellung der Monats
- Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse nach IFRS und HGB sowie Validierung des monatlichen Forecasts
- Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen, Soll-Ist Abweichungsanalysen, Ad-hoc-Analysen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management und die Geschäftsführung
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung hinsichtlich der betriebswirtschaftlichen Steuerung des Unternehmens und der strategischen Entscheidungsfindung
- Weiterentwicklung der standortbezogenen Controlling
- und Reporting
- Instrumente
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei organisationsübergreifenden Sonderprojekten
- Ansprechpartner für Wirtschafts
- und Betriebsprüfer sowie das Group-Controlling

**IHR PROFIL**:

- Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit den Schwerpunkten Controlling/Accounting sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling
- eines produzierenden Unternehmens notwendig, vorzugsweise im Anlagenbau (Einzelfertigung)
- Sehr gute praktische Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und IFRS
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere MS Excel und PowerPoint)
- Praktische Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP (CO/FI/PS/MM/SD)
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ganzheitliches Denken und Kommunikationsstärke
- Ausgeprägte Personalführungsfähigkeiten, insbesondere ziel
- und ergebnisorientiert
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
