KG is now looking for **additional full-time** and **part-time employees** in 1st and 2nd level support.The company is located in the university town of Münster, Hiltrup, ZIP code 48165. ZAP-Hosting GmbH & Co KG currently employs about 16 people. Effective immediately, we are looking for additional support staff, part-time, full-time or as temporary help. You will be working in a small team, with short communication channels and flat hierarchies in Münster, Hiltrup. You will be providing 1st and 2nd level support for customers. You will be deciding, which customer inquiries are handed over to the 2nd or 3rd level and/or escalated. **Your responsibilities at ZAP**: - Customer support via live chat, ticket system & telephone support - Monitoring the server infrastructure - Alerting of technicians in the data center via phone - Maintenance of the new ZAP Wiki **Qualifications & requirements**: - Minimum age 16 years - Ability to work independently and a expert usage of search engines ;-) - Fast typing speed (min. 70 words per minute) - very good German spelling - English language skills are a plus - Experience in the administration of game-servers & Linux servers **Working at ZAP**: - on a temporary basis (520; - € job), part-time or full-time - perfect for pupils & students - duty planner with desired working hours (10h - 40h per week) - Payment on an hourly basis, minimum of 14; - € per hour depending on qualification - Generally on site in 48165 Münster. Work from home alternating with on site work is possible. **Working hours**: We work daily in shifts around the clock, even on weekends. Desired working days or times can be stored in our duty planner.br> These can be taken into account in 90% of cases. - We help you find an apartment and support you with the financing
