As a Content Designer you will be working in our Berlin studio along with the senior game designers to ensure we create the best and most exciting content for our free to play games. You will work within our existing systems and feature sets to produce levels, content and events that will delight our players and keep them engaged for years to come.

**What you will bring to our universe**

In this role you will be working on one of our live turn-based tactical games, designing events and activities for our players. You will work with short iterations, using analytics and community feedback to evaluate and improve the game. You will also take responsibility and ownership of documenting game design and wireframes needed for the player experience. Your day includes collaborating and syncing regularly with the game team on future improvements.

We also believe you have a deep belief that creating a great game is a team effort where every voice counts. That you thrive for problem solving and finding solutions collaboratively in a small and nimble team.

**To succeed in this role, we also think you**
- Have experience working with Unity game engine, and the Google suite (sheets and decks)
- Have worked in the gaming industry, specially within F2P, RPG and strategy games
- Have great communications skills and are eager to work in an international team
- Have a proactive mindset and like wearing different hats within the organisation
- Enjoy working in a small team where everyone is good at what they do
