Designer, Brand Support

R/GA is looking for a talented Brand Support Designer to join our team in Germany.

Our Brand Support Designers are multi-talented makers, passionate about bringing brands to life. They're design fundamentalists, but approach projects with rational and innovative mindsets. They provide expert-knowledge to our Brand Support clients and guide them to the best design solutions for their project.

Here's what you should know if you want to be a Brand Support Designer at R/GA:
**On any given day you might**:

- Manage the execution of assets, typography, logos, icons and interfaces for multiple platforms
- Manage the quality of design throughout all phases of a project following brand guidelines to maintain brand consistency
- Lend hands-on support for client and agency teams on a variety of tasks, from designing for presentation decks to trade fair booths to social media
- Participate constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications
- Work with Creative and Art Directors to ensure design work exceeds client expectations

**The ideal person**:

- Has a master-level understanding of design, including typography, layout and photo selection
- Is passionate about craft
- Has a proven in-depth understanding of building and working with complex design systems as well as their documentation
- Embraces challenges and new methods of thinking
- Exhibits exceptional communication skills within the agency team and with clients
- Is a master of Figma, Illustrator and InDesign and is familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Has in-depth understanding of creating clean files, ready for production hand-off
- Is always curious, constantly learning, and looking for new ideas and technologies to up their game
- Native or fluent in both German and English

**Bonus points**:

- Agency experience
- Animation/motion design experience
- If you are familiar with Frontify and Jira

**Remote / Hybrid Options**

At R/GA Germany, we've been working remotely for the past three years, and fully embraced our 'you do you' philosophy. We're planning gradually opening up our office space in Prenzlauer Berg, and exploring what our hybrid working environment will look like, which may include some requirements to work from the office.
