**Then come and join our global team as **Senior Expert (f/m/d) Radiology / Imaging to proactively drive and shape our strategic business development initiative in Radiology.**

**This position is available at our Siemens Healthineers sites in Erlangen (Germany), Berlin (Germany), Camberley (UK) or Malvern (USA).**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will be part of a multidisciplinary, business building team that is implementing a core growth strategy of Siemens Healthineers with high visibility to the execute management
- Together with this team you will be driving a co-creation-based business building process for innovative solutions in the field of radiology
- You will lead the selection and recruitment process of prospective partners. This may involve e.g., designing collaboration concepts, creating pitch documents, contributing to partner engagement plans, as well as leading on-eyes level discussions with our co-creation partners
- You will drive the development and testing of new business concepts (hypotheses) in close collaboration with our co-creation partners and your fellow teammates
- With your strong expertise in radiology, you will contribute to the investigation of clinical and operational insights at the pilot sites to identify pain points, user-needs and best practices
- You will validate hypotheses e.g., by expert talks, interviews, technical demos, user test sessions (all facilitated by onsite pilot coordinators)
- You will derive conclusions from generated insights based on feedback and observations from pilot sites translate those into actions and recommendations for Siemens Healthineers

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You have a degree as radiologist ideally with a consecutive PhD. An additional economical background (e.g. MBA) would be a plus
- You can offer several years of substantial professional experience as a radiologist and ideally in a management position in the radiology environment
- You have a deep understanding of radiology workflows in impatient & outpatient settings as well as radiology-related medical knowledge
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset

**Your attributes and skills**:

- With your strong communication skills and profound radiology knowledge you are able to trustfully interact with customers (esp. radiologists) on eye-level in a collaborative manner
- As you will be working in an international environment very good knowledge of English is a must. German skills would be a plus
- You are able to analyze and to generate new insights on clinical and operational workflows, customer pain-points, user needs, best practices, and to derive related conclusions and recommendations for Siemens Healthineers
- You can translate workflow improvement in customer P&L
- You are able to conduct testing of new business concepts (hypotheses) as an expert (e.g., lead experts talks, conduct interviews, run technical demos/user test sessions)
- You enjoy working in a multidisciplinary and global team within an agile and start-up like environment
