**Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.**
**This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.**
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- You will provide strategic market intelligence for diverse senior level talent in relevant healthcare and technology sectors including mapping key talent competitors
- You will build local and global talent pipelines/communities for key business and technical leadership positions in Germany and across key countries in EMEA
- You will consult HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition colleagues, and senior level hiring managers on best practices for sourcing/networking to find talent, engagement, assessment and onboarding to support our diversity and inclusion aspirations
**Your qualifications and experience**:
- You have a university degree in a relevant field of study and several years of relevant professional experience in an international company
- You are skilled at collecting, analyzing and visualizing talent market intelligence
- You have proven professional experience in executive search, talent marketing, diversity recruitment and talent pooling
**Your attributes and skills**:

- You have creative ideas for talent acquisition and are open to new (digital) trends and agile ways of working
- You have fluent German and English skills to operate successfully in our international environment
- You strong communications skills make you influential among senior level HR and business leaders
