We're looking for you to join the Proposition & Commercial Team as

**What you’ll do**
- You'll work with Commercial Strategy and other Commercial teams to develop and execute comprehensive strategies that drive subscriber and revenue growth in the quarter, including price optimization, customer acquisition strategies, retention initiatives, and upselling opportunities
- In addition to continuously analyzing performance metrics to identify trends and track progress toward quarterly subscriber and revenue goals, you'll handle the creation of meaningful analysis and reporting for key stakeholders, including senior leadership
- You'll be a key contributor in working closely with the Customer Base Management team to identify opportunities to improve customer retention and loyalty
- You keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the rapidly evolving streaming service landscape
- You'll use data-driven analytics and market insights to regularly update subscriber growth forecasts for the quarter, taking into account potential risks and opportunities that may arise during the period
- You'll be responsible for both building and leading a high-performing team of two trading and performance specialists and fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment

**What you’ll bring**
- You've a university degree with a business focus and at least 6-8 years of relevant professional experience in the TV or subscription business
- Your strong ability to extract valuable insights from customer, market and internal data enables you to make strategic recommendations that drive business growth.
- In addition to your talent for simplifying complex issues, you enjoy working with the finance department on business cases before formulating commercial recommendations
- You bring excellent communication and presentation skills and are able to effectively communicate your insights to various stakeholders, including at C-level.
- A natural team player, you quickly forge strong relationships and foster a collaborative environment that drives results and inspires innovation.
- You're an expert in Excel and PowerPoint - experience with Tableau is a big plus
- Good English skills round off your profile
