As a service technician, you will be responsible for the monitoring, installation, mechanical maintenance and commissioning of core and additional products at the customer's site. These are mainly assignments within Germany - with a share of about 10-20% for international support.
About the role
- Monitoring, installation, repair and maintenance of our client’s core products
- Construction site management, including management of local service providers / contractors
- Support of the sales team in advising customers on site.
- Supporting the Technical Department in new development projects and identifying new potential services.
- Creation and maintenance of databases as well as preparation of reports and recommendations.
- Project-related work such as compiling work packages and assisting in the preparation of work plans.
- Preparation of risk assessments and implementation of safety briefings on site.

About you
- A technical education as well as several years of experience in the field of assembly and technology.
- Ability to travel, field based 3-4 days per week
- Ability to work in a team and work independently.
- A sense of quality and responsibility.
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Confident handling of MS Office.
- Driving licence class B.
