Accountant - Personnel Accounting (All Genders)

**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
As an Accountant in our Personnel team, you will provide internal customers with high quality, accurate, and timely financial data as well as reports to enable informed business decisions. Furthermore, you support our accounting processes, post monthly personnel costs for domestic and foreign companies, reconcile open balances, support the preparation of financial statements and perform financial analyses. In addition, you participate in compliance activities and other accounting related cross functional projects.

- You will clarify open items with health insurance companies and other authorities.
- You will support internal inquiries in the area of personnel expenses.
- You will prepare payments for domestic and foreign companies.

- Good knowledge of **German payroll accounting,** foreign payroll accounting would be a plus.
- You are curious and open to continuous change, accept uncertainty and actively seek improvements in your area of responsibility.
- You are self-driven, results-oriented, and enjoy working independently: you take being a role model seriously, always display a positive attitude and you are a real team player.
- You are proficient in handling Excel spreadsheet solutions and you also have experience with SAP, Google documents.
- You can communicate well in** German and English.**
