Financial Accountant

**We are looking for a Financial Accountant for our Accounting team in the heart of buzzing Berlin**
As Financial Accountant you will contribute with your skills and experiences to fulfil the core processes of the Accounting team and will support cross functional in all the accounting areas.
**You will**:
- Support on the preparation of timely and accurate legal statutory financial statements as well as of the monthly internal management reporting
- Perform invoice verifications and record invoices for all entities of the group in our ERP system
- Post journal entries in our ERP system and prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Work together with your colleagues to drive further optimization of our core processes
- Be one of the main contacts for internal stakeholders on specific questions regarding the accounting
**You have**:
- 2+ years of professional experience in an accounting role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- The ability to use the HGB accounting frameworks independently and self-assured
- Business fluent German and English (verbally and in writing)
- User experiences with ERP software (SAGE X3 or others) and well-experienced dealing with MS Excel
- A communicative, self-reliant and precise way of working when it comes to delivering work results on time
