**Your areas of responsibilities**:

- Works with business stakeholders to define requirements and capture business needs
- Ensures existing solutions/services are considered and re-used whenever possible
- Engages with users to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing solutions/ services
- Present solutions and estimates to IT Leadership, Business Process Owner, and Service Owners to gain approval or rejection for realization
- Ensures adherence to IT processes as well as policies, principles, and guideline
- Manage internal and external project members as well as offshoring resources within the area of responsibility

**Your profile of qualification**
- Master or Bacheler Degree in Business, Technology or Science
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting or Competence Centers. Involvement in SAP roll-outs and template development
- Work experience in Retail, CPG Consumer Products or similar areas
- Strong project management skills with the ability to successfully integrate available resources
- Solid business process knowledge and understanding of the business drivers. Ability to map and re-engineer business processes
- Experience in organizational change management, service delivery management, project planning and preparation, project management
- Profound understanding of EDI integration of external Business Partners, order fulfillment processes, master data concepts and pricing strategies
