Team Lead GMP/GxP Logistics (f/m/d)

Full time and permanent

We offer you an exciting opportunity to take over a challenging role and contribute bringing our GMP logístical function to the next level. Supervise and manage the daily operations and provide support and backup to team members and other departments. Directly reporting to Head of Logistics (Germany) you will develop our GMP Logistics considering the needs of our internal stakeholders. Assist in Global initiatives and continuous improvement projects. We work with state-of-the-art technologies 4.0 and enjoy developing agile solutions while supporting the company growth. As a real team player, you enjoy respectful communication and a clear prioritization of tasks. Your responsibilities will include, among others:
Your key responsibilities:
- Manage GMP materials (Raw Material, Intermediates, Final Product) through Receipt, Quarantine, Sampling, Location Transfer, Picking and Shipping, stock control (including Perpetual Inventory), expired stock and waste management- Ensure that all material handling and warehouse activities are executed in accordance with regulations and required standards (GMP), including completion of associated documentation to maintain compliance both internal and external IOP’s and SOP’s- Manage stock control of chemicals, solvents and order consumables to appropriately support production and laboratory operations by liaising with other department managers- Coordination of all shipping activities on site including to provide shipping documents and customs notifications- Taking an active role locally but additionally understand being part of our international logistics- Being responsible for continuous improvement projects for the department- Independent takeover of the training, development and supervision of the warehouse team- Develop management of all site wastes for off-site disposal (both hazardous and non-hazardous)- Participating in audits related to your logístical role- Deeply cooperating with our international stakeholders intercompany and externally- Leading a team of three very experienced people

Your ideal qualifications:
- University degree in business administration, Supply Chain or Logistics several years of professional working experience in this area - ideally in laboratories/ Pharma environment- Proved GMP expert for multiple years- Leadership capabilities to assign work for daily running of warehouse- Experienced in using Warehouse ERP & MRP Systems- Strong working experience in Warehouse operations within the Pharma/ Biotechnology branch-
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach to work with pragmatic attitude- Positive attitude towards continuous improvement projects in a fast-growing location- Professional oral and written language skills in German and English, language knowledge in Italian or French of advantage- Willingness to travel occasionally
