Head of Marketing & E-Commerce (m/w/d)

**Ihr Aufgabenprofil**
- Konzeption und Umsetzung einer übergreifenden Marketing
- und E-Commerce Strategie
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung mehrerer Einzelteams (u.a. Brand, Content, CRM, Performance & Analytics)
- Nachhaltige Positionierung der Brand bei etablierten und neuen Zielgruppen
- Generierung neuer Bestandskunden durch die Verbesserung der Customer Retention und Zielgruppen-Ansprache
- Optimierung der Customer Experience und Conversion Rate, sowie Weiterentwicklung internationaler Webshops
- Enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und angrenzenden Bereichen (Einkauf, Vertrieb etc.)

**Ihr Qualifikationsprofil**
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition im Marketing-Bereich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im E-Commerce und B2C Umfeld
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Onlineshops, Customer Experience und Conversion Rates
- Eine hohe Affinität für datengetriebenes und agiles Arbeiten
- Ausgezeichnete Führungsqualitäten, sowie Offenheit gegenüber Innovationen und New Work Modellen
- Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationsstärke, Belastbarkeit und Kommunikationsgeschick
- Die Fähigkeit Visionen und Begeisterung zu vermitteln
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
