As a new Business Development Team Assistant/Coordinator (f/m/d) you´ll be part of a team of 6 (and growing) Sales Managers. You'll be the one making sure everyone has access to the files and data they need, planning and scheduling tasks closely with the Head of BD to keep everything running smoothly. Your role is all about taking care of the admin stuff so our Sales Managers can focus on what they do best - selling We're all about teamwork and collaboration here, so you'll be working closely with stakeholders to make sure we're all on the same page. If you're passionate about efficiency and love supporting others to succeed, then this is the role for you **What will you do**: - Supporting the BD Managers with business development activities, as well as operational and management projects - Supporting processing RFPs from clients and distributing them to our family studios - Assisting BD Managers with the NDA process - Compiling and maintaining pitch materials, information packets, and proposals - Arranging, scheduling and moderating meetings - Assisting in maintaining and updating the CRM system - Collaboration closely with the Head of BD to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
