We are looking for a
**Commercial Controller (M/F/d)**

to join us as soon as possible.

The Commercial Controller plays a central role in supporting the sales and financial functions of the company. As a strategic partner for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, this position ensures that financial planning, analysis, and reporting are accurate, helping to make informed business decisions. The role requires a combination of analytical expertise, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to optimize business performance.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to implement pricing strategies, customer investments, and market development plans.
- Lead budget discussions to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
- Take financial responsibility in negotiations with key distribution partners (pricing, trade terms, investments).
- Prepare, consolidate, and present sales and pricing budgets.
- Lead the commercial planning process, involving contributions from Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Monitor and control marketing and trade budgets to ensure efficient resource use and achievement of financial goals.
- Develop performance tracking tools (KPIs) to measure commercial success.
- Provide actionable insights into sales and marketing performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends.
- Prepare management reports, including profitability analysis and ROI evaluations of customers.
- Continuously improve controlling processes and tools for increased efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead the implementation of new systems or processes related to budgeting, pricing, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with IT and data management teams to improve reporting capabilities and system integration.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data regarding commercial activities.
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with internal control systems and company policies in all commercial controlling activities.
- Financial responsibility in negotiations with key distribution partners, including pricing, trade terms, and investment opportunities.
- Responsibility for the preparation, consolidation, and presentation of sales and pricing budgets.
- Lead the commercial planning process with contributions from Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a similar field, or equivalent commercial training.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an FMCG environment.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially advanced Excel knowledge.
- Experience with planning and controlling systems and strong knowledge of controlling methods and instruments.
- Strong analytical abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and high numerical accuracy.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Quick learner with a hands-on mentality and high initiative.
