Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir - in Vollzeit und unbefristet - einen Head of Commercial Excellence. Mit Ihrem Team von derzeit insgesamt sieben Mitarbeiter: innen liegt der Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit in der strategischen und operativen Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung / Unternehmensleitung durch eine professionelle Unternehmenssteuerung (Reporting) und Business Development Management. Dieses bildet die Grundlage für die Entscheidung des Managements / der Geschäftsführung und trägt somit nachhaltig zur Geschäftsentwicklung bei. In Ihrer Position berichten Sie direkt an den Country Manager / Geschäftsführer Coloplast Deutschland.

**Ihre wesentlichen Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:
Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung des Commercial Excellence Team
Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung / Unternehmensleitung bei Strategieentwicklung und Managemententscheidungen
Präsentationen als Grundlage für Handlungsempfehlungen inkl. anschließender Bewertung des Erfolgs
Erfolgreiche Umsetzung und Engagement an internationalen strategischen Projekten (bspw. Business Cases & Pricings)
Professionelle Weiterentwicklung von u.a. Umsatzreportings, Kundenplanung und Prämiensystem zur Unterstützung des Vertriebsmanagements und -steuerung
Kontinuierliche Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung von Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
**Ihre fachlichen und persönlichen Qualifikationen**:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Vertrieb oder Business Development
Mehrjährige und nachweisbare Erfahrung im Business-Controlling bzw. internes Consulting in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld - alternativ vergleichbare Erfahrung in einer Unternehmensberatung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der engen Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung / Unternehmensleitung
Souveräne Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement (lokal und international)
**Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Mitarbeiter**: innen
Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Drive
Strategisch orientierte Persönlichkeit mit hervorragender analytischer Kompetenz sowie Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsgeschick
Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
**Reisetätigkeit**: max. 10 %
