Our Corporate Office on the beautiful island of Malta, bundles together with the teams in Munich, all front office, marketing and revenue activities outsourced from the hotels.

- are responsible for overseeing the strategic performance of all Ruby Hotels
- analyse statistics and trends to determine revenue opportunities and threats
- take the lead in monitoring and optimising processes within the revenue management, crafting effective short
- and long-term strategies that not only meet but exceed our targets
- not only mentor and coach, but also substitute the revenue managers and coordinate actions within the revenue management team to foster collaboration and innovation
- dive deep into forecasts, budgets and month-end on both hotel and portfolio level
- are responsible for detailed reporting and commenting on results, forecasts and the progress of goals for the portfolio
- act as substitute and right hand to the Group Director Revenue & Distribution as you'll play a central role in strategic orientation
**We've been waiting for you, since you have/are**:
- at least 5 years of experience in the area of revenue management, distribution or similar (ideally in the lifestyle-oriented hotel business) and have already gained leadership experience in a comparable position
- strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently in critical situations make you a go-to person for effective interaction
- are always two steps ahead with a high level of analytical thinking and methodical action as well as extensive project management experience
- have expert knowledge of diverse distribution channels
- proficient with revenue management systems like Duetto or IDeaS, coupled with experience in multiple channel managers and at least two different property management systems
- a well-known specialist in the field of revenue management for varied hotel markets and -products, including lifestyle brands and extended stay products
- a perfect command of English both spoken and written
