We’re looking for an enthusiastic and style-savvy Sales Assistant (Full-Time) to join our brand-new store in Hamburg. At C.P. Company, we blend innovation with heritage, and we’re seeking someone who shares our love for functional fashion and exceptional service

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build a long-term relationships with Clients.
- Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
- Perform in the shop’s operational processes to ensure the best store performance

Requirements necessary to cover the job:

- Relevant experience in Fashion Retail
- Fluency in English
- Possess excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skill
- Proven ability to deliver customer orientation
- Enthusiastic team player, outgoing and friendly personality
- Proactivity and ability to solve problems
- Deep passion for the Brand
- Good knowledge of MS Office
