NavVis is entering an exciting growth phase, and we're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team. You'll be at the heart of the company, hiring top talent for go-to-market and other key business functions globally, while shaping how we attract, hire, and retain the people who make NavVis thrive. We love working & laughing together, challenging each other and bringing our team and processes forward Ready to join us? **HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**: - **Act as a strategic partner**: Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, leaders and people partners to design high-performing teams by identifying and attracting new talent with the mindset, drive, and skills to thrive. - **Own complex end-to-end hiring**: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for global go-to-market and business roles — from crafting targeted job ads and sourcing strategies to shaping interviews, supporting decision-making, and closing top talent. - **Use data to drive decisions**: Leverage real-time insights to improve hiring efficiency, identify funnel blockers, track quality of hire, and guide strategic decisions at every stage of the process. **WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE**: - 5+ years' experience in strategic talent acquisition with a strong focus on go-to-market and senior-level roles in high-growth and fast-paced environments. - Hands-on approach combined with a strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle, working closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across various business contexts. - Confident in using data to guide hiring decisions, improve processes, and provide valuable insights to stakeholders. - Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to shape team growth and development strategies, ensuring recruiting aligns with business priorities. - Native-level fluency in German and strong command of English in a business context. **HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH**: Your recruiting partner for this role is Sabrina(she/her).
