Clariness is looking for a Finance Assistant (f/m/d) based in Hamburg.

**As a Financial Assistant you will**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support across various finance functions including Corporate Finance, Strategic Controlling, Accounting & Tax.
- Implement streamlined processes to facilitate efficient and prompt audits.
- Take charge of preparatory work for regular reports and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage the invoicing process, including overseeing approval workflows.
- Assist in creating intercompany loan agreements, corporate contracts, and invoices.
- Help in system setup and data entry across platforms like MS Project, invoicing tools, PowerBI, and invoice approval workflows.
- Handle administrative duties such as payment preparation, acting as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, supporting audit activities, and verifying travel expenses.

**Requirements**:
**We would like you to have**:

- First work experience in the field preferred.
- Very good MS Office skills - focus on Excel.
- High motivation, independency, loyalty, reliability.
- Fluent in English & German.
