**Clariness is looking for a Finance Assistant (f/m/d) based in Hamburg.***:
- Full-time; unlimited -**
**As a **Finance Assistant, **you would be responsible for**:
- Supporting all areas - Finance Corporate, Strategic Controlling, Accounting & Tax with all administrative and supporting tasks.
- Setting up processes to ensure fast and smooth audits.
- Being responsible for the preparational work of regular reporting's and invoicing.
- Managing the invoicing process incl. the approval workflow.
- Assisting to create all intercompany loan agreements, corporate contracts and invoices.
- Supporting with the system setup and data entries - e.g. MS Project, invoicing tool, PowerBI and invoice approval workflow.
- Being responsible for administrative tasks such as preparation of payments, contact person for internal and external stakeholders, supporting audits and check of travel expenses.
**We would like you to have**:
- First work experience in the field preferred.
- Very good MS Office skills - focus on Excel.
- High motivation, independency, loyalty, reliability.
- Fluent in English & German.
