**My duties**
- Lead, discover and establish all day-to-day UX activities
- Promote UX awareness within the product Team and its members
- Engage with end-users, business, and scrum teams to better understand the needs and workflows necessary for products
- Work with scrum teams to optimize workflows, eliminate roadblocks, and nurture continuous improvement around the UX of our products
- Create process flows, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate and conceptualize detailed interactions for a variety of environments and users
- Facilitate User Tests and Interviews to validate designs and prototypes before handoff to development
- Collaborate with colleagues across all levels, teams, locations and take ownership of UX topics
- Craft creative solutions and not be afraid to think outside the box
- Sharing the UX knowledge via sessions, workshops, and consultations to foster a culture of design

**My qualifications**
- Knowledge about challenge the status quo and stay curious while working on meaningful projects.
- Experience in working with User-Centered Design principles
- Advanced knowledge of Figma for wireframe and prototype creation
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive mindset, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent communication skills when working with diverse team members and managing stakeholder relations
- Rapidly adapt to changing circumstances and enjoy problem-solving
- Strong foundational knowledge and understanding of Agile Scrum
- Flexibility in working with different time-zones
- Proven interest in technology through education, hobbies, self-projects, or other extracurriculars
- Experience or formal training in Project Management/Agile Scrum
