Are you an experienced passionate about software development with **strong Software Development skills**? We have the right position for you We are hiring a **DevOps Lead **to join our project team in Munich**. **You will report directly to the project manager and support various projects with varying degrees of complexity. You are the business key contact and act as an interface between business and IT.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**
- Hands-on leader for the DevOps team, which is fully responsible for technologies, systems, and environments, who will help Instamotion to scale up as fast as possible.
- Responsible for product deliverables.
- Develop and deploy target state components as per business requirements.
- Gather requirements and write functional and technical specifications.
- Support the definition of architecture and various components that cater to business capabilities.
- Compiled status reports and participated in all Scrum ceremonies.
- Educate staff members through training and individual support.
- Offer support by responding to system problems promptly.

**WHAT WILL HELP YOU TO FULFILL YOUR ROLE**
- A university degree in an analytical field e.g., Engineering, Informatics, Mathematics, or related fields;
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work effectively with management and be part of a team to meet targets;
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;
- Fluency in German and English is a must. Proficiency in Italian is nice to have.
- Minimum 5-year work experience as a Java/J2EE Developer or similar role
- Ability to assess and analyze work with clients independently.
- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines.
- Should be able to implement solutions.
- Well-versed in managing product scalability and performance.
- Hands-on experience with the following technologies and methods:

- Methods: DevOps, Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
- Platform: AWS, CRP2 / FCP (Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code
SCM, CI/CD: GitHub, Jenkins
- Metric Monitoring: Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus
- Log Monitoring: ELK (Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana)
- Data Sources: Oracle, PostgreSQL, Kafka
- Authentication/Authorization: OAuth
- Programming: Java, Spring Boot, JPA, SQL, TypeScript, Angular
- Tools: Docker, Gradle, Jira, Confluence
