**The Team**:
The Video Team is part of the Design Office at Celonis and has been steadily growing in the last two years. The team currently consists of eight passionate creative video professionals who report to the Video Team Lead. The team, that is based in Munich, collaborates with diverse other creative and marketing teams on video projects and acts as an in-house production agency for Celonis. Consequently, there are many versatile projects waiting for you in an international and dynamic environment with the possibility to make a real contribution and shape the Celonis brand.

**The Role**:
We are looking for a passionate, driven individual with a keen interest in video production and organization. If you are this person, keep on reading In your role, you will be assisting the video production team and the project manager. First of all, we are looking for someone who is open to learning but also is up and ready to get the job done. First experience in video production is a must.

**The work you’ll do**:

- In your internship, you will take on supporting tasks before, during, and after video and content productions.
- As a production assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the production team in (hybrid) live event streamings, photoshoots and in video productions. This includes office and off-site locations and coordination support of the video production and equipment handling.
- You will be the go-to person for the production team for any production support needed.
- You will assemble raw footage and transfer/upload it to a computer.
- You will also have the possibility to get a better understanding of video editing and motion design since you will also do some editing work if required - including music, interviews, sound clips, and other important aspects of the project.
- Tasks in production project management, for example providing support in maintaining the project management board, coordination with team members or external stakeholders, creation of diverse kinds of documents (briefings, production schedules etc.), and obtaining quotes from external suppliers.
- You will actively contribute to actively improving different kinds of processes and workflows in our team and take over administrative tasks.

**The qualifications you need**:

- Student of media, communication, or video production degree or a comparable program
- At least six months to one year of experience in a related field
- Being open to working in a team environment is a must
- Being flexible, open, and willing to learn is a must
- A structured and proactive work style is required
- Fluency in English is a must, German is a plus
- A driver's license is a plus
