We are seeking a hard-working and self-motivated individual who is passionate about creatively translating ideas into compelling video content and using their expertise to capture innovative stories. You will directly report to our Marketing Managing Director and be a member of our dynamic, multicultural team located in Munich.

**What can you expect?**
- Designing and developing innovative video ideas that align with our brand & capture images of bags if required
- Organizing and overseeing video shoots, managing all aspects of the production process, including equipment, lighting, sound, talent coordination, and post-production editing
- Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm and storyboard ideas for various projects
- Engaging in marketing projects and actively participating in their execution and completion
- Efficiently managing and organizing video files and assets, ensuring a smooth workflow and easy retrieval

**What do we expect from you?**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- The requirement to work **on-site** in our **Munich office **(Karlsplatz)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional Videographer or Video Content Creator with an impressive portfolio showing your creativity and storytelling skills with some photography skills
- Proficiency in various video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
- Open to travel to conduct photoshoots if necessary
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording for video production
- Exceptional eye for detail and aesthetics, with a keen understanding of composition and visual storytelling
- Capable of effectively managing multiple tasks of various nature
- Passionate about the dynamic environment of startups
- Able to remain calm under pressure and work efficiently in fast-paced, time-sensitive situations
