**Delivery Lead **for Customer & Consumer Data Platform (CDP) **in Digital Marketing **(d/f/m)**: Essity is a leading global hygiene and healthcare company. For our Digital Marketing organization in IT Services, we are looking for a Delivery Lead t hat manages our Customer & Consumer Data Platform (CDP) initiatives. If this is you, we'd love to talk. - Together with Solution Owner and the Solution Architect you lead a product team for CDP, and you deliver IT projects around Customer and Consumer Insights (Analytics, Personalization, Marketing Activation) in collaboration with the product owner(s) and to the sponsors ’ expectations - As delivery lead you f acilitate and lead ceremonies and manage the project planning, estimations, ticket management, timelines, and budgets - You monitor the way of working and remove impediments, manage SOWs with partners, risks, escalations, and dependencies - It is important to f oster a cooperative, creative, and effective work environment that includ es members from partner companies - By k eep ing stakeholders, sponsors and management function s informed and by collaborat ing with the IT PMO on methodologies you manag e expectations and issues effectively and maintain a high level of trust and confidence **You Identify Yourself With**: - You bring excellent interpersonal and **communication **skills, you have a **problem-solving **mentality with multi-cultural sensitivity, and you are fluent in English - You are equally able to **collaborate **with developers or tech leads, both internal and external partners, and with business stakeholders from various levels of seniority - You bring at least 3 years of **project management **experience, understand agile **methodologies **like KANBAN and scrum but also waterfall, and enjoy removing impediments by a structured and organized approach - You feel comfortable in owning project management and ticket management **tools **, monitoring usage and processes, and teaching the team on way s of working - You have experience in planning and management project and program **budgets **and know how to balance speed and quality in delivery - Y ou are experienced with **digital marketing **data projects, first party data and Google Analytics, ideally linked to a CDP implementation.
