Für unseren Kunden, eine Kommunikationsagentur mit Sitz in München, besetzen wir ab sofort folgende Position on remote auf freiberuflicher Basis:
Creative Strategist (m/w/d)

**Fakten**
- Start: ab sofort
- Auslastung: 3-5 Tage pro Woche
- Dauer: 3 Wochen (mit Option auf Verlängerung)
- Einsatzort: remote

**Dein Aufgabenprofil**
- Beratung und Weiterentwicklung der Kommunikationsstrategie von internationalen Bestandskunden und Neukunden aus verschiedenen Bereichen
- Generierung relevanter Insights bezüglich Märkten, Zielgruppen, Wettbewerbern etc. und Ableitung von Benchmarks und strategischen Korridoren
- Steuerung und Beratung mehrerer Kunden (Multiprojekt-Tasking) im Tandem mit den Client Service Kolleg:innen
- Strategische, konzeptionelle und inhaltliche Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und Schnittstellenmanagement mit verschiedenen internen Experten
- Entwicklung von Konzepten und Strategien für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen (B2C/B2B/B2E) sowie Analyse und Entwicklung von Personas inkl. Customer Journeys
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Data Analytics Kolleg:innen an der Entwicklung von KPIs, Auswertungen und strategischen Ableitungen

**Dein Qualifikationsprofil**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium und fundierte, relevante Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Brand Strategy, Brand Management, Produktmarketing, Kommunikation oder Customer Journey Design
- Erfahrung in Konzept
- und Kampagnenentwicklung, weitreichendes Prozess
- und Zielgruppenverständnis sowie eine strukturierte und präzise Herangehensweise
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Zahlenaffinität und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie rasche Auffassungsgabe und analytisches Denken
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Kunden
- und Qualitätsorientierung, gepaart mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
