WHAT YOU DO
- You work on cross-disciplinary umbrella ideas and narratives that communicate the BMW brand strategy in new and unseen ways
- You develop straightforward and complex concepts for groundbreaking, international 360° campaigns (classic and digital)
- You develop treatments, headlines and copy for a broad range of communicative assets and tone of voice guidelines
- You create compelling presentations in keynote or PowerPoint and present them to decision-makers on the client side with passion and enthusiasm
- You steer and lead the creative output of different projects until its final execution - from production calls and DI discussion to voice recording direction
- Together with our consultants and strategists, you work on customer journeys and develop creative briefs for the teams
- With your experience, you can challenge the team and bring others to the next level
- You lead midlevel und junior players with empathy and positivity

WHO YOU ARE
- You have at least six years professional experience in campaign conception and copywriting, along with an impressive portfolio
- You have a broad understanding of brand and target group-related tonality
- You have remarkable creative, conceptual and strategic thinking skills and the ability to foster and evaluate extraordinary ideas
- You have excellent presenting skills that allow you to win clients over with your enthusiasm and competence
- You keep up with trends within automotive, lifestyle, pop culture or technology
- High motivation, team spirit, commitment and flexibility and great skills in PowerPoint, Keynote and MS Office
- Fluent written and spoken German and English is essential for our daily business
