As our Interior & Experience Operations Intern, you will have the chance to join our company just as we are moving into new international markets and growing our business significantly. **You will have an impact on**: - Contributing to Interior Projects for our Berlin and Vienna portfolio, eventually traveling there and getting an overview on site - Assisting Interior Designers with the implementation of projects - Working on standardization of style and brand items across our units - Establishing B2B partnerships for furniture, consumables, and experience - Working on digital listings of our units such as changing the visual language and adding creative details to various description **What you will add**: - With your creative mindset, you’re able to find new, unique & innovative solutions to every problem - You have great taste in interior and a preference for beautiful things (such as art and great design) - You are a doer with a make-it-happen attitude not afraid to make your hands dirty if needed - With your extremely structured way of working, you’re always on top of the game and know how to prioritize your to-do’s - Nice to Have: You have already gained previous work experience in a startup in the past - Nice to Have: You have worked on creative projects yourself and have built something like a portfolio - Nice to Have: You’re an extrovert & a strong character that is not afraid to "push" for results if needed **Our current benefits**: - Work Environment & Support: flexible work set-up combining office & remote work, flexible working hours - Travel: potential to travel to our other office in Austria - Foods & Beverage: free drinks, fruit, and veggie baskets, beer, and pizza after All Hands - Health: Subsidized Qualitrain Subscription (includes: unlimited Beat81 classes, Holmes Place, Yoga studios, Boulder Halls, etc.) - Laptop choice: possible to choose between Windows Lenovo or Macbook - Entertainment: quarterly team events, Christmas party, summer party, budget for employee's birthday **What it means to join our Team**: You will be part of a hungry group of high-performance and experienced people from all domains.
