**The role**
The global HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Software & Cloud Business Line is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees within SOD von Jobs-Daheim.de. The HRBP serves as a consultant to the leadership team on human resources-related topics and successfully acts as sparring partner and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. The HRBP builds effective relationships and partnerships across and outside the HR function to deliver value-added service to leadership and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

This position will manage the whole spectrum of employee engagement, retention, development and performance, in close accordance with the regional/local HR team as well as the CoE (Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation & Rewards and Program Management). The HRBP reports to the CHRO.
- Partner with a executive board member and his teams to implement talent strategies to support growth, effectiveness and change
- Work effectively in the matrix to create and drive talent and business strategy with leadership, identify and support development plans for the key and high potential employees
- Regularly monitor key organizational metrics and proactively use data to identify and analyse issues and influence leadership on recommended actions to build organizational capability
- Actively contributes to the (making of the) annual HR Plan and delivering on the output, including contributing to projects within the HR organization and the business line you’re partnering with
- Act as change agent and supports the growth and transformation within our organization
- Facilitate organizational design and development
